Kinesiology Tape
Kinesiology tape was developed by Dr Kenzo Kaze, a Japanese-American chiropractor in the 1970s. This elastic therapeutic tape helps the healing of damaged tissues in a natural way by stimulating lymphatic circulation and to stabilize the joints and muscles. The cotton tape is air- and water-permeable. The effect of kinesio patch is based on a simple mechanical method, free of chemical active ingredients, which helps the body’s self-healing processes when applied appropriately. Its effect depends on the appropriate sticking techniques. Relaxing, pain-relieving, fixing, posture-improving and lymphatic techniques can be used.
